Prepare the Wontons

Mix Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Fill Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Cook Wontons
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add wontons and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the top and are cooked through. Remove and drain.
Make the Dipping Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, honey, minced garlic, and chopped green onions until well blended.
Serve

Plate and Enjoy
Arrange the cooked wontons on a platter and serve with the dipping sauce on the side.
