Wontons

Method

Prepare the Wontons

  1. 1

    Mix Filling

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Fill Wontons

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. 3

    Cook Wontons

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add wontons and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the top and are cooked through. Remove and drain.

Make the Dipping Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, honey, minced garlic, and chopped green onions until well blended.

Serve

  1. 5

    Plate and Enjoy

Arrange the cooked wontons on a platter and serve with the dipping sauce on the side.
