Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a separate bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this mixture over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
- 6
Serve
Serve the Wings of Fire hot with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks.
