Dry Rub Ingredients

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dry Rub

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Rib Fingers

Rinse the rib fingers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat if necessary.

  3. 3

    Apply the Dry Rub

Generously coat the rib fingers with the dry rub mixture, ensuring all sides are well covered. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

  4. 4

    Bake the Rib Fingers

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the rib fingers on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the rib fingers from the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy them as they are, without any sauce!
