    Cook the Chorizo

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

    Prepare the Bacon

    In a separate skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove and drain on paper towels.

    Fry the Jalapenos

    In hot oil, fry sliced jalapenos until crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chorizo, crumbled bacon, and fried jalapenos. Mix in the moonshine BBQ sauce until well coated.

    Plate the mixture and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
