Flatbread Pinwheels
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. This will be your creamy spread for the pinwheels.
- 2
Assemble the Pinwheels
Lay out one flatbread on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the flatbread, leaving about an inch of space at the edges.
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
On top of the cream cheese, layer the turkey slices, followed by the ham slices. Add the roasted red peppers, artichokes, and then top with a handful of leaf lettuce.
- 4
Roll the Flatbread
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the flatbread tightly to form a cylinder. Make sure to keep the ingredients tucked in as you roll.
- 5
Slice the Pinwheels
Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick. Repeat the process with the remaining flatbreads and ingredients.
