Toppings

Method

Preparing the Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; do not overmix.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half. Toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster if desired.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with pickles and thinly sliced onions, and then cover with the top half of the bun.

Serving the Sliders

  1. 6

    Serve with Chips

Arrange the assembled sliders on a platter and serve with a bag of chips on the side. Enjoy your delicious hamburger sliders!
