Method

Brownies

  1. 1

    Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in both sugars until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  2. 2

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Bake

Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Mini Cheesecakes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Crust

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins lined with paper liners.

  2. 5

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.

  3. 6

    Combine and Bake

Pour the cream cheese filling over the crusts in the muffin tins. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before removing from tins.

Eclairs and Cream Puffs

  1. 7

    Make the Choux Pastry

In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth. Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until the mixture is glossy.

  2. 8

    Pipe and Bake

Spoon the choux pastry into a piping bag. For eclairs, pipe long strips; for cream puffs, pipe small rounds. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.

  3. 9

    Fill and Frost

Once cooled, fill eclairs with whipped cream and dust cream puffs with powdered sugar.

Cake Bites

  1. 10

    Prepare the Cake

In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.

  2. 11

    Bake

Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

  3. 12

    Frost and Top

Once cooled, cut cake into bite-sized pieces. Frost each piece with chocolate frosting and top with sprinkles.
