Fresh-squeezed lime, mint sprig, 100% organic agave nectar, splash of sparkling soda

In a shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and agave nectar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their oils.

Muddle the Mint

Pour the fresh lime juice into the shaker with the muddled mint and agave. Stir gently to combine.

Add Lime Juice

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
