Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the apple cider, orange juice, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, brown sugar, and orange peel.

Heat the Mixture
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it steep for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Apples
In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples with granulated sugar and place them in a greased baking dish.

In another bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
