Thicken the Mixture
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens slightly.

Mix Cornstarch
In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a little water to form a slurry. Add this slurry to the simmering milk mixture and stir continuously for another 5 minutes until it thickens.

Add Flavorings
Stir in 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron strands. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of rose water for additional flavor.

Add Chopped Nuts
Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Stir in 1 cup of chopped nuts (pistachios and almonds).

Pour into Molds
Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or any small cups. Cover them with lids or plastic wrap.

Freeze
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours, or until the kulfi is completely frozen.

Serve
To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi, then remove from the molds and enjoy!
