Prepare the Turkey Patty
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.

Prepare Roasted Garlic
To roast garlic, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap 4 cloves of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool, then squeeze the garlic out of the skins.

Make Mayonnaise
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, roasted garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Buns
Toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of roasted garlic mayonnaise. Place a cooked turkey patty on top, followed by baby arugula, sliced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
