Turkey Patty

Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Toppings

Method

Turkey Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey Patty

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Turkey Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

  1. 3

    Prepare Roasted Garlic

To roast garlic, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap 4 cloves of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool, then squeeze the garlic out of the skins.

  2. 4

    Make Mayonnaise

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, roasted garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of roasted garlic mayonnaise. Place a cooked turkey patty on top, followed by baby arugula, sliced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
