Prepare the Coleslaw
In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with a couple of tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing. Toss until the coleslaw is evenly coated. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
Lay out two slices of marble rye bread. On each slice, spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing. Layer the smoked turkey evenly on one slice, followed by the Swiss cheese and the prepared coleslaw. Top with the second slice of bread, dressing side down.

Grill the Sandwich
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, place the assembled sandwich in the skillet. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on one side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.

Flip and Finish
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Serve
Once both sides are grilled to perfection, remove the sandwich from the skillet. Allow it to cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve with additional coleslaw or chips if desired.
