Cook the Pork
In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2
Add Vegetables
Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the skillet with the cooked pork. Stir to combine.
- 3
Season the Mixture
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened. Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Wrappers
Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the pork filling in the center of the wrapper.
- 5
Roll the Eggroll
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll away from you tightly. Use a little water to seal the top corner.
- 6
Repeat
Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
