Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk and Cream
Gradually whisk in the whole milk and heavy cream, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Sauce
Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Remove from heat.

Add the Cheese
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

Mix Pasta and Lobster
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni pasta, cream sauce, and cooked lobster meat. Mix until everything is well coated.
Breadcrumb Topping

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and dried parsley until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Baking

Assemble and Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac & cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the breadcrumb mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
