Method
Preparation of Cedar Plank and Salmon

Soak the Cedar Plank
Submerge the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour to prevent it from burning while grilling.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F (190°C).

Place Salmon on Cedar Plank
Once soaked, place the cedar plank on the grill for 3-5 minutes until it starts to smoke. Then, place the salmon fillets on the plank.

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add salt.

Cook Couscous
Once the water is boiling, stir in the couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Roasting Vegetables

Roast Vegetables
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Plate the Dish
Serve the grilled cedar plank salmon with a side of couscous and roasted vegetables. Drizzle additional teriyaki sauce over the salmon, if desired.
