Method

Preparation of Mushroom Caps

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Clean Mushrooms

    Gently clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside.

    Brush with Olive Oil

    Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and brush the insides with olive oil.

Preparation of Cheese Filling

    In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Boursin cheese, minced garlic, chopped scallions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Baking
