Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. Fold in sour cream.

Fill and Bake
Pour the filling over the prepared crusts, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Fold in heavy cream until fluffy.

Spread the cream filling into the pie crust evenly. Arrange assorted fresh fruits on top of the filling in a decorative pattern.
