Base Ingredients

Method

Brewing Process

  1. 1

    Prepare the Base

In a large pot, heat the 750 ml of water until it reaches a boil.

  2. 2

Add Malted Barley and Corn Sugar

Once boiling, add 100 g of malted barley and 50 g of corn sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Hops

After 30 minutes, add 10 g of hops to the mixture. Continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cool the Mixture

Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

  5. 5

    Add Yeast

Once cooled, add 5 g of yeast to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.

  6. 6

    Fermentation

Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel and seal with an airlock. Allow it to ferment for 5-7 days at room temperature.

Flavoring Process

  1. 7

    Add Natural Flavors

After fermentation is complete, carefully add 5 ml of your chosen natural flavors (lemon, lime, or berry) to the mixture.

  2. 8

    Add Citric Acid

Stir in 1 tsp of citric acid to enhance the flavor.

  3. 9

    Sweeten to Taste

Add your preferred sweetener (stevia or cane sugar) to taste and mix well.

  4. 10

    Carbonation Step

If desired, carbonate the hard seltzer using a carbonation system or by adding priming sugar and bottling.

  5. 11

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Enjoy your homemade CARBLISS 00 hard seltzer chilled!
