Scrambled Eggs

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together 12 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of black pepper until well combined.

Cook the Eggs
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble, stirring frequently until the eggs are fluffy and cooked through.
Biscuits and Gravy

Make the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of baking powder, and 0.5 tsp of salt. Cut in 0.5 cup of butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1.5 cups of milk until just combined.

Bake the Biscuits
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Prepare the Gravy
In a skillet, cook 1 lb of ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Stir in 2 tbsp of flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually add 1.5 cups of milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with 2 tsp of black pepper.

Serve
Serve the biscuits warm with the sausage gravy poured on top.
Cheddar Hash Brown Casserole

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Casserole
In a large mixing bowl, combine 30 oz of frozen hash browns, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of chopped onion, and 0.5 cup of melted butter. Mix well.

Bake the Casserole
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Bacon and Sausage Links

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook 1 lb of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Sausage Links
In the same skillet, cook 1 lb of sausage links until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Fresh Fruit

Prepare the Fruit
Wash and slice the strawberries and bananas. Rinse the blueberries and grapes. Arrange all fresh fruits on a platter.
Assorted Pastries

Arrange Pastries
Place 6 croissants, 6 danishes, and 6 muffins on a serving tray. Serve fresh.
