Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bread Crumb Topping

In a bowl, mix together the panko bread crumbs, crushed sunflower seeds, chopped dill, and olive oil until well combined.

  4. 4

    Top the Salmon

Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently to adhere.

Cooking the Salmon

  1. 5

    Bake the Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

Preparation of Garlic Cream Sauce

  1. 6

    Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 7

    Add Cream and Season

Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring continuously. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Serving the Dish

  1. 8

    Plate the Salmon

Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  2. 9

    Add Sauce and Garnish

Serve the salmon topped with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh orange slices.
