Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Vegetables

To the cream cheese mixture, add the cooked spinach, minced garlic, chopped onion, drained artichoke hearts, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Cheese

Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture. Make sure everything is evenly mixed.

Baking

  1. 6

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  2. 7

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve Warm

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted parmesan baguettes.
