Fried Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Mix the Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and allow excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
Assembly

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of a brioche bun, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo. Place a piece of fried chicken on top, add pickles, and cover with the top half of the bun.
