Method

Mushrooms Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Brush the caps with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until they start to soften.

Filling Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, chopped chives, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Assembly and Cooking

  1. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let them cool slightly. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the lobster filling.

  2. 5

    Final Bake

Return the stuffed mushrooms to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the filling is hot and slightly golden.

  3. 6

    Drizzle with Sriracha

Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drizzle with sriracha sauce. Garnish with extra chopped chives.
