Pork Chop

Truffle Infused Olive Oil

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Take the bone-in dry aged pork chop out of the refrigerator and allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Brush with Olive Oil

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the pork chop generously on both sides with the truffle infused olive oil.

  2. 3

    Season the Pork Chop

Sprinkle the black garlic truffle parmesan seasoning evenly on both sides of the pork chop, making sure to coat it well.

  3. 4

    Cook the Pork Chop

Place the seasoned pork chop on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, until a golden crust forms, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  4. 5

    Rest the Pork Chop

Once cooked, remove the pork chop from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
