Preparing the Ribs

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture generously over the baby back ribs on both sides.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Wrap the Ribs
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil, making sure they are sealed well to retain moisture.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 3 hours, until they are tender and fall off the bone.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5-10 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
