Method
Preparing the Lobster
- 1
Thaw the Lobster
If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or submerge them in cold water for about 30-60 minutes before cooking.
- 2
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of the lobster tail, exposing the meat. Be careful not to cut the meat itself. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
Making the Butter Sauce
- 3
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully liquefied.
- 4
Add Garlic
Finely mince the garlic clove and add it to the melted butter. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- 5
Finish the Sauce
Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and keep warm.
