Directions

1

Prepare the Juices

Juice fresh oranges, pineapples, grapefruits, and pomegranates to obtain the respective juices. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.

2

Chill the Cristalino

Place the bottle of Sparkling Cristalino in the refrigerator or an ice bucket for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.

3

Prepare the Serving Pitcher

In a large serving pitcher, combine the fresh juices. You can mix them all together or keep them separate for a layered effect.

4

Add Ice

Add ice cubes to the pitcher filled with juice. Use approximately 2 cups of ice to keep the juices cold without diluting them too quickly.

5

Serve the Mimosa

Pour the Sparkling Cristalino into champagne flutes or glasses, filling them about halfway. Top off with the mixed juices from the pitcher. Adjust the ratio of juice to sparkling wine according to personal preference.

6

Garnish and Enjoy

Optionally, garnish each glass with fresh fruit slices or berries for a beautiful and refreshing presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy your Mimosa by the Bottle!
