Grilled Chicken Breast

Method

Grilling the Chicken

1

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

3

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

4

Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
