Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the bell pepper, onion, and tomato into small pieces. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until they are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk together with salt and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add the cooked bacon and sausage, stirring gently to distribute evenly.

  4. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the omelet while the egg is still slightly runny.

  5. 7

    Cook the Omelet

Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Omelet

Once cooked, carefully slide the omelet onto a serving plate. You can fold it in half if desired.

  2. 9

    Enjoy

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your ultimate omelet!
