Pork Loin Cutlets

Method

Preparing the Pork Loin Cutlets

  1. 1

    Marinate the Cutlets

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork loin cutlets to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. 2

    Grill the Cutlets

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated pork loin cutlets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

Cook the eggs to your desired doneness: sunny-side up (about 2-3 minutes), over-easy (flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes), or scrambled (stir gently until cooked through).

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate and Serve

On each plate, serve two pork loin cutlets alongside two cooked eggs. Enjoy your meal!
