Method
Preparing the Burger Patty
- 1
Season the Beef
In a bowl, combine the 1/2 lb of Angus beef with 1 tsp of salt and 0.5 tsp of black pepper. Mix gently to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- 2
Form the Patty
Shape the seasoned beef into a patty approximately 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of the patty to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.
