Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of coconut cream, and 1 cup of white rum. Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the blender.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Take a tall glass and fill it with the blended Pina Colada mixture.
