Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt.

Cook Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and set aside.
Preparing Vegetables

Chop Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Halve Tomatoes
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Making the Sauce

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

Add Broth and Seasoning
Pour in the vegetable broth and add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Combining Everything

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Toss everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Serve hot, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
