Preparing the Buffalo Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well coated.

Arrange the Wings
Place the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Well
Using a fork or a whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
