Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower head, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in water until the batter is smooth and coats the back of a spoon.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off before placing it into the hot oil.
- 5
Fry the Cauliflower
Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches for about 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Buffalo Sauce
- 6
- 7
Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, pour the buffalo sauce over the fried cauliflower and toss until all pieces are well coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste until well combined.
