Method
Preparation of Chorizo
- 1
Cook the Chorizo
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork chorizo until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Break it apart as it cooks.
Assemble Nachos
- 2
Layer the Tortilla Chips
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.
- 3
Add Chorizo and Cheese
Once the chorizo is cooked, evenly distribute it over the tortilla chips. Pour the AZ Gold queso over the nachos, ensuring even coverage.
- 4
Add Vegetables and Sauces
Sprinkle the diced green chiles over the nachos. Drizzle the Classic Buffalo and Honey Hot sauces over the top. Optionally, add the Habanero Tamarindo sauce for extra heat.
Final Touches
- 5
Bake the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- 6
Add Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven. Top with pickled onions, pico de gallo, and any remaining sauces. Serve immediately.
- 7
Serve with Sides
Arrange the celery and carrot sticks on the side. Serve the sour cream, Garlic – Truffle – Parmesan seasoning, and flaming hot dust for added flavor.
