1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
2. Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
