Drain and Pat Dry
Open the jar of dill pickle spears and drain the liquid. Use paper towels to pat the pickles dry to remove excess moisture.

Prepare the Breading Station
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Coat the Pickles
Take each dill pickle spear and first dip it into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture. Ensure each spear is evenly coated.

Fry the Pickles
Carefully place a few coated pickle spears into the hot oil. Fry them for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, turning them occasionally for even cooking.

Drain and Serve
Once fried, use a slotted spoon to remove the pickles from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Continue frying the remaining spears.
Serving

Serve with Dipping Sauce
Serve the fried pickles hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
