Method
Preparing the Salad Base

Wash the Greens
Thoroughly wash the spring mix and arugula under cold running water. Spin dry or pat dry with paper towels.

In a large salad bowl, combine the washed spring mix and arugula. Set aside.
Preparing Fruits and Vegetables

Prepare Citrus
Peel the Arizona citrus fruit and segment them, removing any seeds. Set aside.

Slice Radishes
Thinly slice the radishes using a sharp knife or a mandoline. Add them to the salad bowl.

Slice Cucumber
Cut the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons. Add to the salad bowl.
Making the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh orange juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Drizzle the citrus vinaigrette over the salad greens and vegetables. Toss gently to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
