Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Chill the Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated in sauce.
