Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
Batter and Bake

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add water to create a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Place the coated cauliflower florets on the lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Buffalo Sauce and Final Bake

In a large bowl, combine the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
