Prepare the Sugar Rim
On a small plate, pour the granulated sugar. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with a little water or lemon juice, then dip it into the sugar to coat the rim evenly.

Make the Cookie Crumble
Crush the sugar cookies into small crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and smashing them with a rolling pin.

Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Stoli Vanilla vodka, Amaretto, and Baileys Tiramisu liquor. Shake well until chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass with the sugar rim. Garnish with the sugar cookie crumble on top.
