Preparation

Brew Espresso

Use an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker to brew 2 shots of espresso. Pour the espresso into a large coffee cup.

Heat Water

In a kettle or pot, heat 6 oz of water until it is just below boiling (around 200°F or 93°C).

Combine Espresso and Water

Pour the hot water into the cup containing the brewed espresso. Stir gently to combine.

Serving

Optional Garnishes
