    Prepare the Saffron Risotto

    In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.

    Cook the Spinach and Edamame

    In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

    Prepare the Sweet Shrimp Consomme

    In a saucepan, bring the sweet shrimp and 2 cups of chicken broth to a simmer.

    Cook the Chilean Seabass

    Season the Chilean seabass fillets with salt and pepper.

    Plating

    Serve the saffron risotto as a base, top with the wilted spinach and edamame, place the glazed seabass on top, and drizzle with sweet shrimp consomme and additional harissa oil if desired.
