In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add in flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 6-8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Buns
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool before slicing.
