Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges, approximately 1 inch thick.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, truffle oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
