Potatoes

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Potatoes

Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges, approximately 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Seasoning Mixture

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, truffle oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Coat Potatoes

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil and seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.

Baking

  1. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 6

    Bake

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through baking for even cooking.

  3. 7

    Add Parmesan

In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 8

    Cool and Serve

Remove the potato wedges from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy your truffle potato wedges!
