    Prepare the Edamame

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Make the Garlic Butter

    In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the roasted garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Combine Ingredients

    Add the cooked edamame to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat the edamame evenly in the butter and garlic mixture.

    Add Seeds and Cheese

    Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and grated Parmesan cheese over the edamame. Continue to toss until all ingredients are well combined.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss again to ensure even seasoning.
