Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the maple-pepper bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.

Prepare Vegetables
Slice the cucumber and tomato into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen edamame, cook according to package instructions and drain.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine sliced grilled chicken, sliced hard-boiled eggs, chopped bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted corn, and edamame.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
