Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Gently scrape out the gills using a spoon to create more space for the stuffing.

Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Drizzle the insides of the mushrooms with olive oil. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down gently to ensure it is packed in.

Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
