Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Make sure the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the wings.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Making the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 5

    Add Parmesan and Seasonings

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is combined.

Combining and Serving

  1. 6

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 7

    Serve

Transfer the wings to a serving platter, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve hot.
